NWOT blue velvet slingback heels, size 37

I bought these Pedro shoes for a gender reveal that I didn’t end up doing, so they’ve been sitting in my closet for a year and a half. Super cute, with embroidered detailing on the toe and a contrasting black strap and heel. Size 6 US, perfect condition, only worn once to try them on. The heels are about 9cm tall.
