NWOT burgundy velvet halter top

New velvet halter top in a rich burgundy/maroon with navy blue trim at neckline. Shirred below the bust for a more fitted look, and loose from there down. I bought this a few years ago at a local boutique sample sale, but it's too big for me... I never got around to altering it. Measurements laying flat : bust:16" length:28" (from where the shoulder straps were currently tied... this is adjustable)
