This is the most amazingly soft anf fluid sexy dress! The skirt is double layer and can be worn higher or lower to suit you. Thus will also allow for more or less blouson to the top part. It is made of a substancial weight, but not heavy, micro modal. Wear longer with a blazer for work, and shorter with higher heels to dress it up! Purchased new, washed and never worn, it sadly no longer fits.
