Yes, it's new. 1x Elemental joy pocket diaper and birdseye flat Flats are awesome as inserts! One layer is easy to clean and they dry in a snap! This great little pocket is made by bumgenius. Any pocket diaper with a nice wide opening is a great candidate for a flat... great affordable prefolds are hard to find in Canada right now. One of the things we experimented with was using flannel recieving blankets as an alternative to pricey inserts and worked great!
