NWOT halter neck dress

NWOT since shein doesn’t ship items with tags. Brand new, never been washed or worn. Super cute halter neck dress with ring detail at front and open back. The material is not see thru but it’s too thin for my liking. Unfortunate since the cut and fit is really flattering, and the pattern is cute and classy.
