NWOT knee length small crinoline skirt black new

Ok so... I found a bin of clothes I haven’t worn and I have discovered that there is simply too much tulle in my closet! Use this beauty to fluff up your skirts, sized small so like a 4, drops to my knees but I’m pretty short. Took it out of the plastic to take pics and wrapped back up. Bundle to save (posting a couple dresses that would be lovely with this under). Thanks for popping by and happy poshing:)
