NWOT oversized poplin cotton blue Button-Up Shirt

got this at a boutique but it is way too big for me so I never wore it! it said it was a size medium but it’s truly an oversized medium. although this style is really is for wearing open with a bikini underneath or just styling it a cute and chic way! It’s meant to be a bit oversized or it can also be worn business casual to work!
