NWOTs Rachel Roy soft modal tank dress

Rachel Roy soft modal tank dress. This dress has an awesome summer, beachy vibe. Fabric is super soft, and has a nice weight to it, feels like light, sweatshirt material...definitely not too thin or too clingy. Stock pic shows colours as muted, but they are definitely more vibrant, true to my pics. Never worn, new without tags.
