NWT 100% rayon full skirt from Mexico

NWT Wayan Natural Wear (bought in Mexico, Mayan Riviera). 100% rayon. Full pleated skirt with embroidered/sequin trim at hem. Length is 17”. 13” waist (A LOT of stretch in elastic + drawstring waist) up to 19”+ with stretch. Tag says G (large) but I believe it would fit medium-large or even XL…see waist measurements.
