NWT 1980's CDC Filene's Navy Blue Evening Dress

A NWT CDC dress sold by Filene's in the 1980's in excellent condition. The dress is a synthetic crepe, with a satin kimono style belt. It is a size 4 on the tag, and measures 34" bust, 28" waist, 36" hips, 52" nape of neck to hem. The waist is adjustable with the belt ties. The original price was $88, as shown on the tag.
