Offering a NWT pair of harper pants. They are wide legged and are from George Plus. They are black and grey plaid, have an elastic waist band, and two side pockets. They are made of 80% polyester, 17% rayon, and 3% spandex. The following measurements were taken while the pants laid flat: Waist = 46" (23" one way) Inseam = 22" Leg opening = 13"
