This is new with tags. It's an oversized sweater with pockets on the front and a collar. In the 2nd picture you will see possibly on the right side of the tag a different seam. It had a flaw at the collar that I repaired, the repair isn't visible while on. The color is Blue but it's a peacock blue. In a size Medium.
