NWT 90s/00s vintage black formal dress size 3 **read description

This is so much fun! A definite 90s/00s formal dress. Lots of stretch. Floral embroidery. Marked a size 3, and have categorized as a size small. When laying flat pit to pit is 15.5”, length is 53”. It is new with tags, but it is missing the zipper pull (last image). You could add one as it still has the little piece that a zipper pull would attach to. Or you can leave as is and get someone to help you zip it up. Lined. There is lots of stretch to this fabric.
