NWT 96% Cotton Collared Dress with Zipper and Ruched Sides

Never worn, flawless condition, tags still attached. I love it so much but never ended up wearing it because black is too harsh on me... I was in denial in the store :( *Winners tag says comparable at $70 but the brand's site lists all comparable dresses at $95 USD (just over $130 CAD)* Soft, nice quality fabric. Centre panel is 96% cotton, 4% spandex and stretchier side panels are 95% cotton, 5% spandex. Very flattering and forgiving to the silhouette. Figure grazing but plenty of stretch if need be.
