NWT A piece of art

This dress is everything!! Absolutely stunning. The pattern is out of this world. The ruffle wrists, and high neck with key hole opening, give it such a luxurious feeling. Comes with fabric to tighten at the waist. The dress is shear, but has a taupe underdress. It flows beautifully when walking. Bought it for an event, but it was canceled. 35” length and 23” ptp throughout. Wide for an xs, so as to add to the flowing look. Could easily fit a medium.
