NWT New With Tags ASOS Beige Size 4 Dress Super pretty, it just doesn't work on me and I waited too long to return it. Dress is 68% Polyester, 32% Cotton Dress has scrunched/cinched at the top of the shoulders, and a cinched elastic waist. Skirt is circle like and mid thigh to knee length.
