NWT Absolutely stunning keyhole style dress/tunic in size S

This is an absolute stunner. Bought but never wore. Still has the tag. So many beautiful details. The frills on the sleeves, the rounded hemline, the keyhole style at the chest and the print reminds me of peacock feathers. Absolutely beautiful piece. Can be worn as a dress or a long top depending on how tall you are. I am 5”5 and it hits above my knees, mid thigh. It fits bigger than a small I believe. In excellent condition!
