NWT! Action Ladies jacket - thermal insulation removable hood (4462)

This new with tags jacket came from a store close out and has never been worn. Front zipper and snap closure. Neck area is high for added warmth/protection. Inner waist closure for a snug fit for those who like it that way. Quilted lining. This is a very warm jacket. Two side zipper waist pockets. Note that there is fabric microtears on the inner hood - see photos.
