Size 3, equivalent to a US Large but with the ruching and gathering this features, might fit an XL. 3/4 Bell sleeve. 60% cotton, 20% Viscose, 20% polyester per tag pic. Made in Turkey. Tag says dirty blue for colour...I liken this colour to a washed denim colour or faded blue jeans.

deals4u7 @jillaslin hi there, sorry about late response. I've added further photos showing flatlay waist 16" and length measured from shoulder 26 1/2". This top has stretch as well. Hope this helps. Thx and have a great day!!😊
