NWT Luxuriously soft velvet peasant blouse by Fred David from Anthropologie. puff sleeves smocked body stretch gathered sleeve cuffs rich jewel tone deep pink color winter blouse says size medium, fits more like large 14" pit to pit unstretched but the gathered body is very stretchy will stretch to 20" I have included a picture of me wearing it.
