NWT Anthropologie Sheer Black Cropped Button Down Blouse

NWT Black sheer shirt with puff sleeves. “One size,” but fits like a medium Measures 16 inches long. My torso (22”) was a bit too long for this top (and I was not quite as adventurous as I thought). Would look great on someone with a shorter torso!
