megsbenny @satisuma13 hi, waist a bit hard to measure as sits at natural waist/ above belly button, but its 14” flat. From top of dress (NOT including shoulder strap) dress is 46”. Dress top is above bust/under arm - so 46” from there. I’m 5’-5” and it hits me 6” above ankle - slightly longer than the model in photo. Hope that helps!

megsbenny @satisuma13 it does not have boning. The back is very stiffly seamed and sewn in two parts (bodice and skirt) which adds structure. Shoulder strap has a seam on top which would be easy to have modified if you need it to be shorter to have more hold. Strap hides a one strap bra nicely!
