tdotposhaholic @francheskapascu hi! Yes it would. Might be just shy of loose. It is snug for a 27 waist, to give you perspective. I am 5'4" and it reaches just below my mid calf. With heels, this would be fine for 5'2".

tdotposhaholic @francheskapascu and I appreciate your offers 😊 but for this particular dress, I won't take less than $50. I originally, and actually paid $104 for this dress and I am trying to get to back half of it. I bought it for a function that never ended up happening and it has just been sitting in my closet, unfortunately.
