NWT Aritzia Wilfred Swept Dress in Black/Snowmelt Blue

Never worn! A sheer overlay with a solid black slip underneath. Arms are sheer. Cute lacy detail around the neck. There is a small loose thread on the left shoulder- I did not touch this as I’m not a seamstress- see photo.
