NWT BCBG Dress Perfect for Outdoor Spring Parties!

This dress has a Minie Mouse vibe going for it. I bought it from BCBG and never wore it. Tags still on. Fabric is super soft and thick. Because it is thick, it does a little holding in some of your extra pounds. Not as much as Spanx but it helps a little :) Dress has a slight flare at bottom which is really flattering. There are a couple snags in fabric, can see in picture, but I think its nature of the fabric. I never wore it.
