NWT BHLDN Watters Strapless Delilah Bordeaux Red Gown Without Arm Straps/ Size 0

Beautiful formal dress, new with tags. It's a size zero but runs a little large, would fit a size 2. It originally came with removable arm straps (seen in first image), please note these are missing and not included.
