doodoo98 Similar to the Gliding brand you’ll find at gyms (purple), if these are hard plastic they’re for carpet; if they’re flexible & polyester fabric they’re for hard floors

lololetgo1989 @doodoo98 I have another pair and use on hardwood floor (which obviously gives the smoothest slide) but they work just as well on denser carpets. The only surface not recommended is really more plush/longer pile carpets because nothing would really work on those since the sliders would have too much material to try and move through. But a plush carpet is also probably not the sort of surface most people are trying to work out on anyhow 🙂
