NWT Baltic Born 'Katrina' Blue Midi Dress

This dusty blue dress has a high neckline, layered short sleeves and the entire bodice features lace detailing. The fabric is a subtle, small check pattern with floral designs on top and fully lined. The waist is smocked and the skirt is loose and tiered. It has never been worn as I purchased it for my photography studio and it wasn't used.
