NWT Baltic Born 'Robyn' V-neck Button Up Maxi Dress

This dress is in a blue and white water color print and has a smocked waist, short sleeves and a yoke across the shoulders. The front of the dress has fabric covered buttons from the v neck all the way down to the asymmetrical hem (my favorite part). It's flowy around the hips too so nicely figure enhancing. It's new with the tags and has never been worn. I purchased it for my photography studio but it was never used.
