NWT Banana Republic Factory 12 Petite Corset blouse Black Very flattering top! -Fabric has a really pretty sheen to it -Elastic at the top of the cap sleeves -Rushing at shoulders -Tighter just under the bust -Gathering/rushing at the waist in the middle on the back -98% Cotton, 2% Spandex/Elastane -New with Tag The waist is approx 16 1/2", and the chest is 18" when measured flat, but this doesn't take into account the extra 3" in the front for the boobs created by the gathering/ruching here. They accounted for the chest when making a more sculpted top. :)
