NWT Banana Republic periwinkle puff-sleeve croptop

With a sweetheart neckline, cute puffed mid-length sleeves, matching buttons, and a smocked square back, this cropped baby blue top is a bit more on the modest side, but it has plenty of style. I like to imagine it with a button-down miniskirt and some vibrant blue square-heeled sandals...but that's just me. ;)
