Darling junior dress with smocked back panel for some stretch. Rubber band across the bust line to keep in place. Cotton and a touch of spandex. I think it’s more of a M although the tag says L because measurements are 15 inches laying flat PTP and 13 inches unstretched on the waistband .Aztec pattern
