This dress is new with it's tags and features a scoop neck, elbow sleeves, finely knit black fabric with an all over rose bud pattern in pink and green, and sweet ruffles all around the hems of the sleeves and bottom if the skirt. The fabric is of a medium weight and would do good service in fall and spring as well as winter where it would be a lovely spot of colour. This fabric has some stretch. This is a form fitting dress.
