NWT Beyoutiful Off The Shoulder Frill Top

Reposhing this item from @clemencelaure1 This top is SO beautiful but unfortunately it didn't fit me. It's lightweight but not see through, would look great with white jeans or belted with leggings. It's a beautiful "school blue" color, is an off the shoulder style with skinny adjustable straps. Brand new w/ tags, no flaws! Size Medium/Made of Cotton & Viscose Approximate measurements laying flat: Bust 18 inches, length 25 inches and sleeves are a 3/4 length-17 inches.
