andreeyoung @zinkabarbara Apologies for the delay! laying flat the bust is approx 13-13.5 and the waist is approx 12.5-13. Since it's lace there isn't any stretch in the waist but the top could go slightly bigger since you control how tight you can tie up the back (behind neck). hope that helps!
