NWT Blouse by Band of the Free Size S peter pan collar

This blouse is NWT and never worn. It has a sweet little Peter Pan style collar and elastic at the wrists for a blousy finish. Fabric covered buttons run down the front. Fabric is 100% viscose. This would be equally nice dressed up with a skirt or worn with jeans. The size tag is Small but it should fit up to a medium as well.
