This blue floral maxi dress has a V-neckline and see-through buttoned bishop sleeves, perfect for a wedding guest look. It features a double slit bottom and has mini slip skirt pirtion under the maxi length see-through skirt. New with tags flat waist = 14" to 21" (very stretchy waist with added belt) Size L brand Fashion Nova I LOVE this dress, but I have an exceptionally long torso, causing the under slip to be slightly too short for my comfort.
