NWT Boho Floral Flounce Sleeve Smock Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @bydesign888. It is labeled XL but would fit M-Lg. Its really pretty soft flowing cotton blend and I was sad it didn't fit, but it will be really nice for someone.
