NWT Boohoo Blue Beaded Midi Dress

This dress is absolutely gorgeous from its ornate beaded elasticized empire waist to its flouncy sleeves. Fully lined and a tie back. I’ve noticed the occasional missing/loose bead, but it is barely noticeable. I would describe the colour as a blue gray. Measurements lying flat approx: pit to pit 19 inch, waist 15 inch (elasticzed at back so stretches a few inches more), hips are free Size: 8 Condition: NWT 10/10
