NWT Boutique 1861 Blue and Lilac Floral Crop Top w Tie Detail, size Medium

Super cute floral crop too from Montreal’s Boutique 1861. Beautiful colour palette! Has tie detail at the waist and subtle ruffle all around the neckline. BRAND NEW with tags still attached! I just found it too cropped for me, and I was too lazy to return in the allotted time 😅. Measurements are in the photos - it’s the size chart from Boutique 1861, and the asterisks just mean there’s stretch (the whole back has a top to bottom panel of ruched elastic!)
