NWT The quality of this skirt cannot be overstated. It is a nice weight and in immaculate, unworn condition. I have to finally admit that if I haven't worn it by now... time to let it go to a deserving home. Measurements are in the last two pics. Good amount of stretch. Can also fit large size.
