New, never worn, army green, knee length, crinkle belted shirt dress.  This dress has a pretty flair towards the bottom.   There are 2 hidden pockets on each side of the dress. The waist is elasticized in the back, hidden by the belt, but gives some flexibility on the wear.  The sleeves are 3/4 length with elastic finish; loose, not tight fitting. CLOSURE: Button Down.
