NWT Cinq a Sept Hammered Satin Adalie Pant Sage Green Shimmer Small or Medium

I have a few of these pants from Cinq a Sept as they are so comfy like sweatpants and yet so dressy, and I always get loads of compliments. I have some small and some medium as my weight fluctuates. I ordered these and they say small BUT they fit like a Medium and would be big on a true small. I think they were missized. They are brand new but there are a few small flaws (pulls) which are hidden by the shimmer but I want to make sure buyer is aware. I tried to photograph but they are small enough to make it difficult to capture. See photos nonetheless.
