NWT Closet London Lush Summer Party Dress with Circle Skirt 14 US

This sweet cotton circle dress has a beautifully rich fabric pattern of large florals on a navy background. Exposed back zipper, pintucks at the neckline, POCKETS!, and narrow belt loops (no belt, though - I'm unsure which in my closet might go with it, but I'm thinking a slim red belt would really pop). Made of a 97/3% blend of cotton and elastane, the fabric has some stretch.
