*NWT* Club Monaco ruffled skirt (size 8)

There was a time … when I tried to branch out into statement skirts like this fun navy style from Club Monaco with a hidden zipper, full lining and endless ruffles. 😍 I’d put this on and go, nope! Can’t carry this off! And back in my closet it would go, behind all the leggings. It’s new with tags and never worn but please note that there is a spot on the front of the skirt where there is a white mark, probably a manufacturer defect. (See photo with red highlight.) Adhesive for the ruffles maybe? I didn’t notice it at the time of purchase because it’s buried in the swirls. May you be bolder than me in the skirt department! 😅
