NWT Cropped Dress Shirt

This is super cute! I bought it to wear to a holiday party but just can't figure out how to style it, don't love it on me 🥴 Black with gold shimmer throughout, pictures make it look silver but it is gold! (See last pic) Collared, with 2 buttons and tie waist.
