See measurements below -It can be worn off the shoulder or on the shoulder -The waist and shoulder parts are elastic and ruffled -Please note that this dress is very thin, so it may be a bit transparent -Features a layered polka dot print top and a plain flowy bottom. The top is cream coloured with a fake button-up detail and the bottom is a taupe brown colour. The sleeves are sheer with the polka-dot print -APPROXIMATE measurements laying flat: -The waist measures about 9” or 10” unstretched, but stretches to about 17.5” laying flat -Length: about 33” -Pit-to-pit: about 14.5”
