NWT DKNY Jeans sz 22/24 W Black blue sequin top side ruching

My mother asked "Where would I ever wear this?" when she opened it. Still NWT. The sequins are on a black fabric but some of the sequins seem quite blue so there is a blue sparkly cast to it imo. Has a soft v neck and ruching/gathering on one side. Pit to pit shown and would say there is definitely another 1-1.5 inches of stretch. She's a sparkly beauty waiting for a night out!
