NWT Draped party dress - 12-14

New with tags ! I bought this for a wedding and never wore it. One shoulder, draped dress hits above the knee. Bust has gel pads to stay firm to your chest. Zippered back closure Size is 14 but it fits smaller. There is no stretch so would fit a size 10/ 12 well, in my opinion.
