NWT Dress/Skirt combo comes with collar in the colour BLUE

Nuvula Dress. Never worn. New With Tags. Balloon style bottom. Fourth photo to show the style but dress has blue not green colouring and does not come with arm sleeves just the neck piece. Pattern material underneath is a comfy grey jersey material and then mesh over top Can also be worn as a skirt 10/10 condition- just not my style but is beautiful and artsy.
